<\/span><\/span> <\/p>水玻璃砂再生技術(shù)<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong> <\/p>根據(jù)水玻璃舊砂的特點,我公司和某科技大學開發(fā)成功了“強擦洗新型水玻璃舊砂濕法再生系統(tǒng)”。新型水玻璃舊砂濕法再生系統(tǒng)主要由砂塊破碎機、濕法再生機、砂水分離及脫水設(shè)備、污水處理設(shè)備等組成。該系統(tǒng)具有如下特點:<\/span><\/span> <\/p>(<\/span>1<\/span><\/span>)采用兩級強擦洗濕法再生工藝,<\/span>Na2<\/sub>O<\/span><\/span>的去除率高:兩級強擦洗濕法再生<\/span>Na2<\/sub>O<\/span><\/span>的去除率為<\/span>85~95%<\/span><\/span>;單級濕法再生,<\/span>Na2<\/sub>O<\/span><\/span>的去除率為<\/span>70~80%<\/span><\/span>。<\/span><\/span> <\/p>(<\/span>2<\/span><\/span>)濕法再生砂的質(zhì)量好,可代替新砂作面砂或單一砂使用。<\/span><\/span> <\/p>(<\/span>3<\/span><\/span>)濕法再生的耗水量小,噸再生砂耗水<\/span>2~3<\/span><\/span>噸;污水經(jīng)處理后可循環(huán)使用或達標排放。<\/span><\/span> <\/p>“強擦洗新型水玻璃舊砂濕法再生系統(tǒng)”經(jīng)省部級組織的專家鑒定認為,它具有:系統(tǒng)組成緊揍合理、設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)簡單新穎、磨損件少,<\/span>Na2<\/sub>O<\/span><\/span>去除率高、再生砂的質(zhì)量好,耗水量小、用水實現(xiàn)循環(huán)等優(yōu)點,具有很好的推廣應(yīng)用價值。<\/span><\/span> <\/p>采用兩級強擦洗的新型水玻璃舊砂濕法再生系統(tǒng)工藝流程如圖<\/span>1<\/span><\/span>所示。<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/p> <\/span><\/span><\/span>圖<\/span>1 <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>新型水玻璃舊砂濕法再生系統(tǒng)工藝流程圖<\/span> <\/p><\/span><\/p> <\/div><\/span><\/p>新型水玻璃舊砂濕法再生系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)是:強擦洗舊砂濕法再生機和少耗水量的兩級濕法再生工藝,污水處理循環(huán)回用系統(tǒng)等三項技術(shù)。<\/span><\/span> <\/p>廢水玻璃砂治理項目的經(jīng)濟效益分析<\/span><\/strong> <\/p> 目前,鑄造廠的新砂購入成本約為每噸<\/span>180~300<\/span><\/span>元。初步分析,含泥量較大、細砂含量較多,舊砂的再生回收率約<\/span>75~80%<\/span><\/span>。但濕法再生的水玻璃砂的質(zhì)量,會優(yōu)于現(xiàn)有的新砂。按每噸濕法再生砂的成本為60-70<\/span>元計(含電力消耗費、燃料消耗費、設(shè)備折舊費、污水處理費、人工管理費等),每噸濕法再生水玻璃砂的經(jīng)濟效益約<\/span>100~200<\/span><\/span>元。<\/span><\/span> <\/p>因此,如按每年再生<\/span>100,00<\/span><\/span>噸水玻璃砂計算,本項目的年經(jīng)濟效益約為<\/span>100~200<\/span><\/span>萬元。<\/span><\/span> <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
