鉆機(jī)構(gòu)造

1、DZJ-1500型正循環(huán)鉆機(jī)是由底盤、鉆架、電機(jī)、減速機(jī)、主卷揚(yáng)、副卷揚(yáng)、液壓油泵、油缸、泥漿泵、配電、鉆桿及鉆頭組成。

2、電機(jī)為Y系列普通電機(jī)

4、密封：主軸采用Y型橡膠油封，其余為骨架油封。

工作原理

1.鉆機(jī)的行走及轉(zhuǎn)向，均由液壓系統(tǒng)組成，通過操作手柄控制，使它完成步履式前進(jìn)、后退行走及轉(zhuǎn)向調(diào)頭。

2.電機(jī)通過減速機(jī)將動(dòng)力傳至輸出軸，帶動(dòng)鉆桿和鉆頭進(jìn)行切削，并通過泥漿泵以中心送水的方式將被切削下來的渣土由井孔內(nèi)排進(jìn)漿池，同時(shí)泥漿通過沉淀后又經(jīng)泥漿泵進(jìn)入循環(huán)。

三、鉆機(jī)的操作與維修

1.鉆機(jī)到工地后，接好場地電纜，啟動(dòng)油泵，升起鉆架，用螺栓固定好鉆架法蘭。

2.行走及轉(zhuǎn)向時(shí)，應(yīng)升起井口板，對位完成后落下井口板，裝好鉆頭進(jìn)行工作。

3.接鉆桿時(shí)，用副卷揚(yáng)鉆桿吊起，鉆桿外絲放在下邊母絲扣內(nèi)，上邊母扣對準(zhǔn)小鉆桿的外絲扣，卷揚(yáng)機(jī)慢放，進(jìn)入母絲扣內(nèi)后，點(diǎn)動(dòng)主機(jī)，正轉(zhuǎn)，確認(rèn)上下絲扣上好后，提起鉆桿，打開小門，放下鉆桿，當(dāng)接頭通過小門后，應(yīng)及時(shí)合上小門，進(jìn)行工作，以保證鉆孔的垂直度和防止鉆桿擺動(dòng)。

4.工作時(shí)要根據(jù)地層情況和主機(jī)電流來變換鉆進(jìn)速度。主機(jī)電流一般不要長期超過65（安倍）

 5.卸鉆桿時(shí)，先將卸扣器裝到小鉆桿上，在裝上兩個(gè)大銷子。

6.卸扣器對準(zhǔn)套入下邊鉆桿母后，點(diǎn)動(dòng)主機(jī)（正轉(zhuǎn)）確定套好后，卷揚(yáng)將鉆桿提到一定高度，小門關(guān)閉，放下鉆桿，使鉆桿落入下卸扣器槽內(nèi)，點(diǎn)動(dòng)主機(jī)（反轉(zhuǎn)）即可卸開接頭，馬上用副卷固定鉆桿，工作人員同時(shí)用手扶住鉆桿，這時(shí)方可提起動(dòng)力頭，鉆桿即被卸掉，重復(fù)以上即可正常工作。

   7.主機(jī)和卷揚(yáng)要經(jīng)常檢查油位，如果缺油應(yīng)及時(shí)補(bǔ)充。

   8.鉆機(jī)工作時(shí)，應(yīng)隨時(shí)監(jiān)視電器儀表，發(fā)生有異常響聲，應(yīng)立即停機(jī)檢查，不可帶病作業(yè)，所有緊固件隨時(shí)檢查防止松動(dòng)。

   9.鉆進(jìn)速度應(yīng)根據(jù)地層情況變化而變化，控制主機(jī)電液壓在額定范圍內(nèi)慢慢鉆進(jìn)。
